Non-fiction book from one of the greatest
minds, Carl Jung looking at the role of the
subconscious mind in society and self. I
rated a 4.7 as a little trickier to read although
very interesting.
8 Rules of Love – Jay Shetty

Non-Fiction self-help book from Jay Shetty
looking at all aspects of love. Even though
I have been single for 4 years, there is so
much great knowledge you can apply to other
forms of love like family and friendship.

that looks at profound questions in an
accessible and beautiful way. I keep
going back to this book.
The spectrum Girl’s Survival Guide – Siena Castellon

Non-Fiction guide for younger autistic girls. Siena’s
book provides lots of practical advice. It is also
incredibly validating as a late-diagnosed adult – it
helped me to understand my own school
experience.
On Monsters – Stephen T. Asma

Non-Fiction
Super interesting history on monsters
and how they “embody our deepest
anxieties and vulnerabilities, Asma
argues, but they also symbolize the
